2) EXCHANGE CASES
2.1) Defect in the received product

2.2.2) From the Second Exchange
The freights of return and resend of the product are by their account.
3) CONDITIONS OF REPROVAL OF EXCHANGE
3.1) Return to the deadlines before or during service;
3.2) Product with signs of accidental or provoked damage (Examples: improper washing, wear etc.);
3.3) Product changed by the customer (examples: sheaths, adjustments etc.);

All refunds are made without value paid for the product and according to a chosen form of payment.
4.1) Payment by card, will be reversed on the card itself.
4.2) Payment via ticket or deposit, will be deposited in cash, within 10 business days. Preferably Itau, Santander and Bradesco.
4.3) Payment through intermediaries such as PagSeguro or PayPal, will be reversed in the intermediary itself.
